A thank-you from all of the Columbia Fish and Game Muzzleloader‘s Group:

Thanks to all who came out to the Black Powder Open House!  It was a beautiful weather day to top it off.  Thank you to all of the vendors who set up your tables and spent the day talking to people who wanted to learn about what you made or brought along to share. Thank you to the Lancaster Fencibles for putting on the two demonstrations morning and afternoon up at the rifle range. You then allowed the public to experience shooting a Civil War replica firearm.  Thanks to all who joined in on the fun shoot, turning in your best target to be scored.  The shooters prizes were all items donated by the vendors, so after picking from the prize table the shooter could go and thank the vendor in person.  What a wonderful thing to watch!!  Thanks to the maker of the Elk Stew, it was a huge hit, again this year!

And finally, a huge thank you to all who helped spread the word for the day, set-up, ran the kitchen all day long, sat at the front desk, RO’s at the range, scored targets, drew door prizes then helped the vendors pack up and load their cars and lastly, put the Clubhouse back in order!  This fun day was made possible by a lot of awesome people.  If you missed it this year, mark your calendar for next year, this is always held at the end of February.  Hope you enjoy some pictures from the day!
